allow me to
introduce myself…
My name is Lauren Martin and I am passionate about mixing my love for the creative and artsy side of the world with bold ideas, real connections, and designs that actually make people feel something.
I spent the past five years at Concordia University Ann Arbor, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, and Public Relations (with an emphasis on Communications). I also recently finished my MBA in Strategic Marketing & Business Management — because why stop at just one degree when I want to dominate in my future career?
Beyond the degrees and titles, I'm just a girl who sees art everywhere in every detail, every story, every brand. Creativity isn’t just something I do; it’s how I think, solve problems, and stand out. With a mix of hard work, out-of-the-box ideas, and a little coloring outside the lines, I bring bold, meaningful design to every corner I step into.
That’s just a glimpse of what makes me, me. On the edge of your seat? Good! There’s even more to discover if you keep scrolling…
Digging
Deeper…
When I was 14, I wrote on my bedroom mirror, ‘I will play college softball.’ That promise to myself still stands as one of my proudest accomplishments.
I played softball year-round throughout my undergrad, and it was hands down the best part of my college experience. The coaching staff at Concordia were not only incredible leaders, but people of strong faith who poured into us far beyond the field. I walked away with a degree, a national championship title (NCCAA Champs 2023!), and teammates who will forever feel like family.
During my master’s program, I stepped into a new role as a graduate assistant volleyball coach. It gave me the chance to lead, mentor, and stay connected to one of my greatest loves, the world of sports — just from a different position!
While my title was “assistant coach,” my responsibilities stretched far beyond that. I ran practices and workouts, managed game attendance, oversaw the team’s social media (including content creation and account management), organized player schedules, led study tables, planned team bonding events — and more.
Let’s just say... I’ve been a very busy bee.
I find joy in collecting experiences, big and small, that make life feel extraordinary
You can usually find me growing in my faith, camping, hiking, snowboarding, creating art, or practicing my banjo. It’s hard to capture everything I love doing, but to put it simply, I enjoy laughing, romanticizing life, surrounding myself with joyful people, and pushing myself to try new things.
